#SundaySupper: Halloween Popcorn Cake

#SundaySupper is a group of bloggers who are on a mission to bring back supper around the family table in every home.  This week the theme is Halloween!

I am not a huge halloween fan.  But I know a lot of people who are. 🙂  Therefore, in order to satisfy all those halloween fanatics I know I decided to make a popcorn cake.  It is so easy and fast.  You can put whatever you want in it.  Even use up some of that candy you have falling out of every nook and cranny in you house.  Plus, because it was molded in a bundt pan it looks pretty cool.  Like you put thought in to it.  Everyone needs a dessert they can throw together in 10 minutes.

Halloween Popcorn Cake

This recipe is adapted from Taste and Tell.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 quarts of popped popcorn
  • 10.5 ounces (1 bag) of mini marshmallows
  • handful of candy corn, m&ms, etc

Directions

1. Melt the butter and marshmallows together in a big pot.

2. Add popcorn, candy corn and m&ms and mix until everything is coated in the marshmallow mixture.

3. Transfer to the bundt pan.  Turn out and enjoy!!

And here is the round up of all the amazing halloween recipes!!
