#SundaySupper: Leftover Mashed Potatoes and Beef Croquettes

SundaySupper is a group of bloggers who are on a mission to bring back supper around the family table in every home.  This week Nicole at The Daily Dish Recipes is hosting and the theme is What to do with Thanksgiving Leftovers?

I love Thanksgiving dinner.  We always have family favorites and it is so good.  We normally have leftovers, but my family usually eats the leftovers just like they are.  We don’t make new dishes out of them.  So for this Sunday Supper I had to do a little investigating to see what we could make.

#SundaySupper: Baked Egg with Mushrooms and Bacon

#Sunday Supper is a group of bloggers who are on a mission to bring back supper around the family table in every home.  This week the theme is quick and easy meals.

I live by myself.  Therefore, getting dinner on the table fast is a little bit different for me than some of the other blogs that are participating in this #SundaySupper.  However, I still want to get dinner on the table fast some nights and baked eggs are one of my favorite.  You can put whatever you want in it and they are really easy to make.  And only 15 minutes in the oven.

Crab and Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

These were delicious!!  I am going to have to make them again.  I made them with my sister a week ago.  She was visiting and we had a great time.  I love sharing food with the people I love.

They turned out to be a little bit difficult to photograph.  Which is just too funny, because they tasted so good and I want all of you to go try them.  Oh well, I will have to make them again soon and try, try again.

Stuffed Shells with Marinara Sauce

I went to my parent’s house for a few days for the holiday.  My mom and I made this yummy lasagna inspired dish!  My dad loves it, so we will have it again.  It is also really easy to freeze if you want to make it ahead of time.  Just stop after step 5 and cover with aluminum foil and put in the freezer.  When your ready to cook it: put it in the refrigerator for a while to defrost.  And pesto! Dinner!
