Cherry and Lime Gin and Tonic

Mango Sunrise
Remember, about a 2 months ago I started making mango liqueur? Well, it is done and ready to drink! This is a twist on the tequila sunrise. Just substitute the mango liqueur for the tequila.

Pimm’s Cup
I have a bottle of Pimm’s because I made the Neville Longbottom cocktail a few months ago. And I have no idea what to do with it. It is not exactly a common ingredient. Therefore, when I saw this drink I decided I had to make it.
The Neville Longbottom Cocktail
We have already established my love for Harry Potter. I have made Butterbeer and Cauldron Cakes. Deliciousness brought to us by The Pastry Affair. Well, now I found cocktails inspired by Harry Potter. The Backyard Bartender made a bunch of cocktails inspired by different characters in the books and I just had to try one. There will be more in the future, but for now we tried the Neville Longbottom, because who doesn’t love Neville?
Butterbeer
I am a huge Harry Potter fan. So when my friend said she found a recipe for Butterbeer and Cauldron Cakes (coming in a few days) we HAD to try them.
They are super sweet and absolutely delicious. I love them! The original recipe was not alcoholic so if you don’t want alcohol or if your making it for kids, just cut it out. I do think the schnapps sets off the sweet nicely. And I just like butterscotch schnapps.
Spiced cider
This was an interesting drink. I want to play with the ingredients a little more. I mean, I love cider, but not perfect.
