Grandma’s Eggs and Sausage

For as long as I can remember, my grandma and my mother have made this meal.
I think I had this for a whole week when I visited my grandma one summer.  It is really easy to make, they both just whip it up.  And we always eat it as a sandwich.
One time I did not grab any toast and my sister was like “What are you doing?  Why would you eat it that way?”  But really you can eat it any way you want.  It is super delicious and makes a bunch, so if you have a large number of people this is an ideal and fast meal.
Grandma’s Eggs and Sausage
  • 1 package Johnsonville regular sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
1. Brown sausage in a large skillet.
2. In a bowl, scramble eggs, add milk, salt and pepper.  Mix well.
3. When sausage is browned add egg mixture to the sausage and cook until eggs are done.
