It started with not having shredded Parmesan, but grated. Next, I did not have parchment paper. These were quite the experiment. But on the up side it worked!
Next time I will use parchment paper and shredded cheese. These were really fragile, however, they did stay together, for the most part.
Oregano Parmesan Crisps
This recipe is adapted from Always with Butter.
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, grated makes them fragile
- 20 leave of oregano
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a ton of pam.
2. Toss the cheese and oregano together. Place in small, flat circles on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
