This was really yummy. I highly recommend adding the banana. I tried it without the banana and then added it afterwards. It fills out the flavor so it is not just one note.
This recipe is adapted from She Wears Many Hats.
- 1/3 cup pistachios
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup ice
- 2/3 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 banana
1. Put the pistachios, milk and sugar in a blender. Blend until pistachios are finely chopped.
2. Add ice, ice cream and banana. Blend until smooth.
