My dad and sister were visiting to go see a Twins game. This morning the both had to jet off and I made a yummy little breakfast for everyone.
Scrambled eggs and a raspberry pineapple smoothie. We still have raspberry puree left over from the frosting and my dad loves pineapple. The two flavors work really well together. I was very pleased.
I am sure you can use regular raspberries if you don’t have raspberry puree around, but you might want to add some honey or something else to sweeten it.
Raspberry Pineapple Smoothie
- about 1 cup pineapple
- 2 tablespoons raspberry puree
- 4 dollops of vanilla ice cream
- some milk
Put in a blender, blend, taste, adjust to your tastes.
