I have been dying to make an upside down cake! So, when I was looking for recipes for this month’s love blog hop and stumbled upon a cranberry upside down cake- I was hooked! I also love bundt cakes, so I decided to put the cake in my bundt cake mold. It makes everything prettier. Don’t you think?
This was a huge FAIL. I halved the recipe and I think I forgot to half the amount of molasses. I am not sure, but it was really bad. It had absolutely no sweetness and was just really disappointing.
I LOVE almost every ingredient in this recipe. It was super easy to make and filled that big jar, the little jar and then a small bowl for a snack right then.
This was delicious! I got the recipe when I went to DC and had breakfast with my senator. Originally it is a recipe from Hell’s Kitchen in Minneapolis, MN. The hardest part is cooking the rice. After that all you have to do is stir in the ingredients.
