October Foodie Pen Pal

It’s Foodie Pen Pal time!  I got this delicious package from Wine to Weightlifting.

She sent me green tea, pumpkin butter, chocolate bar, a bunch of chocolate candies, apples and a toy for my kitties!!!  How cool is that!  Pippi and Mimi love it!

The Weekly Dish 01/15/2012

This week I made origami kitty bookmarks.

Let me tell you origami is not my thing.  I asked my friend to give me a lot of help.

Annie is a really crafty person, she is more of a fiber arts person.  She blogs about her knitting and sewing over at handspun rainbows.

Here is the video tutorial.  I think some of the steps are super tricky.  Annie had a little difficulty, but ultimately we prevailed and created these adorable kitties!!

Here is a list of my recipes from the past week.
