Pico de Gallo with Mangos

My friend Zach made this delicious pico de gallo!!  I loved it.  I am definitely going to be making it soon.

Zach says, “Pico de gallo is super easy and easily adaptable to what you’ve got around. It’s a good side dish for any “scraps” that are laying around.  {It is also} good in tacos as well. #SundaySupper: Tropical Ice Pops

#SundaySupper is a group of bloggers who are on a mission to bring back sunday supper around the family table in every home.  This week the theme is kids in the kitchen!

Aren’t they so cute!!  I don’t have kids, but my mom has a day care.  So I have been around kids all my life.  My first jobs were babysitting and whenever I talk to someone who is nervous around kids, it throws me.  Just because kids have always been a part of my life and I can not imagine what my life would have been like if my mom did not have a day care.

Mango Liqueur

I have been so lazy this week.  It was really nice.  I had a Big Bang Theory marathon yesterday.  I also started volunteering again.  Socializing and doing good stuff.  All in all it has been a fabulous week.  However, not a lot of cooking happening.  And since I have been all lazy I thought I should make alcohol, because all you have to do is measure and cut and wait a really long time.  It is the perfect lazy day chore.
