Spiced Apple Cider Sorbet

I love apple cider.  It is one of my favorite things about fall and winter.  Drinking the warming, cozy treat is cemented in my memory- associated with home, family and love.  This recipe takes those flavors in a whole new direction!

I really enjoyed this.  I do have to say that it is really a bizarre flavor, because I am use to spiced apple cider being really hot.  BUT it is cold.  And it has a warm after taste.  You should just try it.  I really do like it.  It is kind of a brain twister.
