Last dish for the dinner party; the dessert.  We cannot forget the dessert!!  My favorite part!  And this was just delicious; and so sugary.  🙂

Crepes

We made crepes!!  I love crepes.  I kind of have a weird connection with crepes.  My strongest memories of crepes are from India.  When I was studying abroad in India most breakfast places had crepes; normally banana and/or nutella.  They were so awesome and helped a lot with my homesickness.

Fruit Salad

I had a dinner party last weekend and this was one of the delicious dishes that we ate.  I love summer fruit salads!  This was just perfect.  It made a nice contrast to the tomatoes and black bean burger.

Iced Strawberry Soda

This was yummy.  I am not a huge strawberry person, but I had a bunch so I needed to use it.  This was a good way to use the rest of them.  The bread is the banana bread I made last week.

Pimm’s Cup

I have a bottle of Pimm’s because I made the Neville Longbottom cocktail a few months ago.  And I have no idea what to do with it.  It is not exactly a common ingredient.  Therefore, when I saw this drink I decided I had to make it.

Strawberry Tart

This was the beautiful and delicious dessert my friend Kelzee made for the dinner party.  And she brought a lilac to add more color.  Lilacs are my favorite!!

This was a really delicious dessert that I had never had before.  We had it at Easter and let me tell you.  It was fantastic.  The perfect amount of sweet and salty.
