Plumberry Pie

I made my first pie!!!  I was so excited!!  My friend Leslie and I went to the farmer’s market and bought the fruit.  It was wonderful!

Southern Buttermilk Fried Chicken

At the dinner party my friend, Leslie, made some delicious chicken!!  I love fried chicken and I always have difficulty making it.  I just have not found the perfect recipe or timing.

Spicy Black Bean Burgers

I love black bean burgers.  They have always been my favorite type of veggie burgers.  I was super excited to try them.  AND they tasted great!  I used the left overs to make a yummy breakfast skillet.  The possibilities are endless.

Fruit Salad

I had a dinner party last weekend and this was one of the delicious dishes that we ate.  I love summer fruit salads!  This was just perfect.  It made a nice contrast to the tomatoes and black bean burger.

Guacamole

I had a dinner party last weekend and Arbor made guac!!  Everyone seemed to love it.  I am not partial to onions, so I did not partake.  But it was gone by the end of dinner, so it must have been good 🙂

I had another dinner party!  It was so great!  Really beautiful weather and lovely people!!

This looks so pretty doesn’t it!?!  You just want to grab it from your computer.  You see the basil, that is from Kelzee’s garden.  How cool!!  Fresh basil, yummy yummy!
