Remember, about a 2 months ago I started making mango liqueur? Well, it is done and ready to drink! This is a twist on the tequila sunrise. Just substitute the mango liqueur for the tequila.
By the looks of this drink you would think I added some crazy amount of grenadine. Nope, same amount that is in the recipe is in this glass. I don’t understand why the grenadine went to the sides as well as the bottom, but it still looks like a sunrise!
In the background are all my library books. This always happens to me. I get really excited about a few books, but the don’t come, because other people have them checked out. So I just put my name on the wait list. And then all of a sudden I have 20 books!! Ok only 10, but still. I don’t think I am going to finish most of them. 😦 I will have to put my name on the wait list again.
Mango Sunrise
This recipe is from Bar None Drinks.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Mango Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Grenadine
- Orange Juice
Directions:
1. Pour Mango Liqueur and Orange Juice into a short glass. Stir.
2. Add grenadine. Don’t stir.
